The Town of Abingdon will observe Halloween on Monday, October 31st. We want to remind everyone that the Town Ordinance pertaining to trick or treat visits (50-3) limits trick or treating to children 12 years of age and under on Halloween night. Also, all trick-or-treat visits need to be concluded before 10pm.
