The Chamber provides maps of the area, extra telephone books, brochures on area attractions, business directories, lists of Community organizations, churches, industries, and apartments. Also the Business Journal and a homes magazine (local realtors listing) are available every other week.

Residents may register to vote Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm at the Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV)  located on 25552-1 Lee Highway, Abingdon, Virginia 24211.

All dogs 6 months or older must have a county dog tag. You must provide proof of your dog's rabies vaccination signed by a licensed veterinarian. The charge is $7.00 or male dog spayed & neutered $4.00.
